Meet Amanda
I’m a leadership coach and organizational consultant with a passion for helping individuals and teams grow with clarity, intention, and impact. With over a decade of experience spanning executive leadership, team development, and culture transformation, I partner with clients to create practical, measurable change.
I hold an MBA and a master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development, and I’m certified in Hogan Assessments. My background in social work creates a foundational approach that blends deep self-awareness work with real-world strategy, empowering leaders to navigate complexity, build strong teams, and shape the cultures they lead.
I am a VP of Operations and have served as a director and team leader in business and non-profit spaces, and I bring that operational lens to every engagement. I also draw on my lived experience jump-starting a career after stepping away from the workforce to help my clients, especially for women finding their next chapter.
